Key to meeting all of these aspirations will be the Registered Manager we are looking for a Manager to lead and support our teams in the Peterborough Region.

• Main Street is a 3 bedded home supporting children with Social and Emotional needs for up to 4 children aged between 8 and 17
• you will be looking after a team of dedicated support workers to achieve the very best for the children we care for. At Main Street we believe very passionately about child centred plans developed around the use of PACE.
What this particular Registered Manager will
• a team of dedicated support workers who have embraced the therapeutic model we apply in the home
• will need to support a team and group of children that need the support of a well-balanced corporate parent which the manager brings to the home
• Need to be able to demonstrate a working understanding of PACE or at least be able to agree to undertake training and research around this model of care. The manager will be responsible for up to 12 staff members and a deputy all of whom are currently employed at the home.
We are looking for an innovative leader - able to provide outstanding levels of care to ensure that our young people have the best possible life chances. You will have an excellent track record in Children’s Services, with the ability to develop outstanding teams and quality systems. You will need a real eye for detail – understanding that our absolute commitment to the Safeguarding of our children and young people is our top priority. You will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory environment we work in and that the safety of our children is paramount.
