Customer Service Administrator - Livingston

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Administrator. The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for providing customer support along with general administrative duties.

Duties to include but are not limited to -

Providing sales quotes
Sales order processing
Dealing with customer queries, emails about orders and deliveries
Answering the telephone, intercom, greeting customers
Liaising with the production team and other departments
Processing purchase orders
Assisting other colleagues in the team

Experience & Skills required

Experience in Customer Service and Administration
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with Microsoft office including, outlook, excel and word
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
