Job Title: Sales and Lettings Executive- Trainee
Duration: Permanent
Location: Belfast, BT9.
Salary: Starting salary £23k plus commission.
Benefits paid holidays, pension.
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 8.45-5.30 Monday to Friday
On behalf of our client, an Estate Agency in the Greater Belfast area, we are seeking an individual to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for property and a strong ability to multi task.
This is a varied and busy role, involving office based as well as carrying out site visits.
You will need:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Educated to A Level or Degree level is preferred.
3. Previous experience in an administrative and customer service typed role.
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including PDF.
5. Lots of initiative and drive.
6. Well-presented and professional approach.
7. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
8. Ability to work in an extremely busy environment
9. Excellent organisational and time management skills
10. Clean, current valid UK Driving License.
Duties:
* Answer enquiries via telephone, email and face to face.
* Liaising with Vendors, buyers, landlords and Tenants.
* Arrange appointments.
* Survey properties, taking accurate measurements and photographs.
* Attending viewings.
* Carry out follow ups, and report viewer’s comments.
* Ensuring that brochures and price lists are fully up to date.
* Upload images to websites.
