What you'll do:
* Customer-Centric Focus: ensuring impeccable delivery of services and prioritising customer satisfaction.
* Operational Excellence: assist in the management of costs, procedures, equipment and maintenance.
* Sales Promotion: actively promote functions, events and other offerings.
* Staff Training and Development: provide training and support to all staff to optimise performance.
* Licensing Compliance: being conversant with licensing legislation and assisting in the implementation of policies.
* Administration: ensure timely and accurate completion of staff-related administration, including time-sheets and change of details forms.

* Relevant experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of current licensing legislation and best practices.
