Hours: 40 hours per week, monday to friday

Requirements / Qualifications:

Strong experience working in a facilities management role e.g. facilities administratoror workplace coordinator

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across management levels.
Innovative with the ability to identify FM and wider business opportunities.
Organised and effective time management skills.
Advanced level of numeracy & literacy
Proficiency in Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook.
PowerPoint skills desirableDay to Day Duties:

Responsible for the service delivery of a range of FM services, determining procedures and methods of improvements.
Help foster a sense of community by putting the well-being of others at the forefront,
Deliver effective business communication through various channels including meetings, briefings, and reports.
Ensure contractual maintenance is delivered to or above SLAs & KPIs standards.
Provide reception cover and collaborate with stakeholders to meet their requirements.
Support collaborative business development efforts and effective team working.
Manage extra works jobs and escalate issues when necessary.
Organise reactive maintenance and fabric maintenance cost-effectively.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
