Job Title: Mechanical Fitter
Location: Coalville
Salary: £54,600
Working Hours: 4on 4off days and nights
Pension - 15%
We are recruiting for Mechanical Fitter to join a busy manufacturing plant in the Coalville area. Offering a very attractive salary of £54,600 for working a 4on 4off days and nights shift pattern. Ideal candidates will have experience working within a manufacturing background and use to working in a robust, heavy engineering environment (ideal not essential). The role comes with a great progression plan for the right individuals.
As a Mechanical Fitter your role will involve:
- Site Maintenance activities, Mechanical and some Electrical (where possible)
- Welding - MIG
- Reactive Maintenance & PPMs
- Small Projects
To be successful in this role the candidate will be:
- Experienced working within a manufacturing background (ideally from a heavier background, Quarry, Mining etc)
- Willing to go the extra mile to get the job completed
- Be qualified to NVQ3 / Apprentice trained (or equivalent)
- Living local to the area
- An excellent communicator both verbally and written
