Location: Warrington

Salary Range: £40,000 - £52,000, Depending on Experience

Join a renowned international infrastructure and highways engineering consultancy as a Senior Civil Design Engineer. They are seeking a skilled individual with a minimum of 4 years' experience to lead the production of civil infrastructure designs, encompassing drainage, roads, and sewer systems for new build residential projects.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Civil Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects ranging from £350k to £45m in value, collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders from inception to completion. You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality designs and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Produce concept and detailed designs for civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on residential developments.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including Highways and Sewer authorities, to provide cost-effective solutions.
Attend project meetings with Local Authorities and Drainage officers, representing the company.
Assist in the management, development, and training of junior team members.
Maintain proactive communication with clients on a daily basis.
Utilize AutoCAD, PDS, and Micro Drainage software for design tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role
HNC or degree qualification in Civil Engineering
Clean driving license
Strong communication and workload management skills
Proficiency in Windes and Microdrainage software
Experience in Sewer Hydraulic design for residential housing schemes
Knowledge of S38 / S104 / S218 regulations and Highways design standards
