Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a Marketing Administrator on a permanent basis to be located in Warrington offering hybrid working.

The successful person will perform a variety of administrative and marketing duties, the role provides opportunities to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Specific duties may be in one or more of the following areas:

Event management duties.
Diary and calendar management, including scheduling meetings and ensuring coordination of marketing and communications projects.
Interfacing with client colleagues, customers and partners to provide status reports and information as required.
Liaising with external suppliers for example, graphics support, printing, hospitality.
Maintaining and publishing information on the company communication systems (SharePoint).
Folder and document management.
Invoicing and financial administration for marketing communications.
Working on digital channels and social media campaigns.
Required education and skills:
-High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of job-related experience or equivalent.
-Excellent administration, organisation and communication skills essential.
-Requires knowledge of Office 365 suite of applications
-Knowledge of SharePoint and Adobe design software is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.
-Travel may be required on occasion.
