Nursery Manager

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a fantastic nursery based in the Warrington area in their search for a new member of their management team, to oversee the daily runnings of the 80+ place setting. The nursery is based in a picturesque location, with a fantastic reputation. The setting is well sought after, with their latest OFSTED rating being 'good'. The nursery is praised on its continuous provision and interest led activities. 

Your role will include the following duties:

Ensuring the safety of the children, and staff are fully trained. 
To ensure the setting is upholding standards set by the EYFS, OFSTED, local authorities, and other relevant parties. 
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and play a crucial role in the training of staff, and development of the children in your care. 

The successful Nursery Manager will have:

· Level 3 Early Years or equivalent qualification (required)

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in nurseries in a senior role

· Reliability and commitment

· Adaptability and flexibility
