Contract Repairs Manager

I have an excellent opportunity for 6 – 9 month contract for Contract Repairs Manager for a housing client in Cheshire.

Day to day the role will involve: -

* Manage the contractors and support stakeholders on performance issues

* Resolve delivery issues and manage performance

* Create performance improvement plans when necessary

* Ensure the smooth delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance

Experience required:

* Social housing experience with client facing experience

* Proven experience with delivering successful contracts

* UK Driving license
