An exciting Service Manager opportunity has become available to join a reputable construction company at their depot near to Warrington. This role will involve managing the operations of the workshop and office, including staff, budgets, and P&L's. You must have experience within the construction plant, heavy plant, equipment rental or plant hire industry.

Your Responsibilities as the Service Manager

You will lead, motivate and inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve depot and individual goals - KPI's etc.
As the service manager, you will be responsible for cost management, monitoring compliance and statutory regulations ensuring quality and service standards are met.
Carry out staff appraisals ensuring any personal development goals are met and supported
Overall responsibility of ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to 
Assisting with any additional training as required.
Continually support the development and achievements of your team
