Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client are a reputable and highly experienced supplier of groundworks and civil engineering services catering to residential and commercial contractors and developers across the North West.

With a strong pipeline of diverse and exciting projects secured, they are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. You'll be working on a number of groundworks projects across the North West.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your duties and responsibilities will include:

Allocation of works to sub contractors within budget.
Manage sub contractors and their applications and issuing the relevant notices.
Submitting applications for payments to clients.
Visiting sites for valuations/variations and meetings as required
Management of site level change management
Working within agreed timescales set by the commercial director.
