Managing Director

My client are a highly reputable and experienced supplier of groundworks and civil engineering services catering to residential and commercial contractors and developers across the North West.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Managing Director to head up the business and play an integral part of the company's future plans. As Managing Director, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the business with your responsibilities involving:

Implementing company policies successfully.
Developing strategic plans.
Controlling finances.
Building and maintaining an effective management team.
Assuming full accountability to the board for all company operations.
Taking full commercial and operational responsibility for the performance of all contracts.
Ensuring that operational teams are supported by appropriately qualified commercial or financial staff.
Actively participating in the development of all commercial, financial, and administrative staff within the company.Salary: On offer is a market leading salary and benefits package of up to £250,000.
