Key Responsibilities:
Provide support and assistance to students with learning difficulties in a secondary school setting
Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to implement individualized learning plans and interventions
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes student success and well-being
Assist students with academic tasks, organization, and social skills developmentRequirements:
Hold GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above
Previous experience working with young people in a secondary education setting
Calm, patient, and reliable demeanor
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed
