They are recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Working on a range of residential and commercial projects, helping to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget.
Assisting with reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
Assist in evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes.
Developing and maintaining procurement schedules.
Aid in conducting estimation tasks to ensure accurate project cost predictions.Benefits:
