GPW Recruitment are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager with the necessary drive, enthusiasm, ambition and commitment to join our existing Operations team. Offering £13,800 - £17,500 per annum on a part-time (20-25 hours per week) basis working at our office on North Road, St Helens, WA10 2BL.

The basic salary for the Talent Acquisition Manager is between £13,800 - £17,500 per annum.

Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, source, and recruit top talent for the company. It will involve the oversight of the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to hiring. Responsibilities will include…

* Manage the talent acquisition process acting as the principle point of contact within the company.

* Collaborate with senior management to understand staffing requirements.

* Identify, attract, and engage prospective candidates to fulfil company job vacancies.

* Conduct initial screening of prospective candidates over the telephone, teams and/or face to face.

* Utilise various sourcing techniques such as boolean searching, professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and external suppliers.

* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates including passive candidates and track their availability.

* Evaluate candidates’ skills and experience and culture fit to meet company requirements.

* Negotiate salary levels in line with company policy.

* Utilise media platforms to develop and enhance your candidate networks.

* Complete pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policies and relevant legislation.

* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

* Create and oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

* Update employee personnel files as required.

* Utilising draft template documents; draft Offer Letters, Employment Contracts etc for management approval.

* Enrol staff onto the company benefits program once probationary period(s) have been passed.

* Maintain the Health and Safety policy and risk assessment on an annual basis.

* Comply with company management systems, reporting and quality procedures including accurate database management.

Talent Acquisition Manager Requirements:

* Degree or NVQ in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or recruitment.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

* Organised and ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

* IT literate and familiar with social media and digital platforms.

Key Performance Indicators:

* Daily, weekly and monthly activities; calls, submissions, offers and placements as agreed with the Operations Manager.
