Customer Service Advisor

Temp to Perm
We are recruiting for several customer service, and office professional positions in the North Manchester / Oldham area, all focussed on customer services.
The company is a large national business that employs thousands across the UK. You will be given lots of training and support to do your role in a supportive environment. The company prides itself on having a positive and engaging work culture, winning multiple awards.
* We have immediately available positions with interviews taking place in April TBC
* We have inbound customer service-focussed work with some data entry.
* You will be answering customer queries and answering service lead queries.
* The role is weekend working
* Saturday & Sunday 20 hour contract with 10 hour shifts in between the hours of 8 AM - 8 PM
* Training on site -Monday – Friday for 2 weeks
* You will receive full training and support from an existing team.
* This is an office-based role, not a hybrid/home-based based.
This role is to start immediately on Tuesday 7th May on a temp to perm basis.
We are looking for reliable people, who have some experience of Contact Centre / Office / Customer Service work experience – we are flexible as it’s more about the person and your ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn.
We have long-term temporary contracts or temp to perm contracts available.

This would suit someone local to Oldham, the starting salary is £11.44 per hour on a 20 hour weekend shift pattern
