Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Support professional in Broomfield, CO.  This role will start off as a 12- month contract and will work onsite/ in the office 5 days per week (there are no remote options).  This role will be supporting a Marketing and Communications team and will be responsible for: 
 
Making travel arrangements and reservations.
Facilitating timely reimbursements for business-related expenses.
Setting up and support meetings; keep minutes as necessary.
Greeting external visitors.
Ordering catering for meetings.
Making conference room reservations.
Coordinating office moves for new and current team members.
Managing office supplies, assist with branded merchandise orders, and facilitate recognition program orders.
Providing support to operational activities, day-to-day needs, and special events as an integral part of the team.
Filing and retrieving records, folders, and other materials. Assist in organizing materials and backups.
Calendar scheduling for Marketing & Communications leadership, as needed.
Interacting appropriately with Marketing & Communications staff and others throughout the company to maintain a positive, productive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
Establishing and maintain effective working relationships with people at all levels, from support staff to executives, and be willing to contribute whenever needed in a collaborative manner.
Working with sensitive and highly confidential information and maintain proper confidentiality.
Representing organizational unit in understanding and working with administrative policies and procedures.
Maintaining a regular and predictable work schedule.
