We are working with a long-standing client of ours based in Wythenshawe who are experts in the aviation industry and are looking for a Joiner
The Job
* Produce all plastics components to the highest quality standard, including but not. restricted to the following processes (scraping, tool making, Vacuum forming, Trimming, Gluing)
* Trimming using hand tools.
* Dress and mount vac form tooling and perform maintenance.
* Perform casting operations with a range of materials, including resins.
* Working with honeycomb coring, cleaning and filling
* Fitting and bonding
* Surface finishing
* Assembly work
* Working from engineering drawings and work instructions
About you
* Hands on experience
* Manual Dexterity
* Materials or Engineering knowledge desirable but not essential
* Operate hand and power tools and other associated within the engineering shop to achieve project requirements.
* Trimming experience
* Basic joinery desirable but not essential
* Capable of reading and understanding Standard Measuring Equipment
