Our Client Seeks a Talented Polish-Speaking Family Solicitor (Manchester or Milton Keynes)

Job Details:
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £32,000 - £50,000 per year
Benefits: Company pension, flexitime work arrangements
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Provide insightful legal guidance on various family law matters, including:
Divorce proceedings
Child custody arrangements
Financial settlements
Property ownership disputes (TOLATA)
Protection orders (non-molestation & occupation orders)
Draft legal documents and represent clients in court appearances
Maintain meticulous case files and ensure all documentation stays up-to-date
Offer guidance and support to junior legal staff
Communicate clearly and regularly with clients, keeping them informed on case progress
Are You the Ideal Candidate?
You're a qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
You boast demonstrable experience handling family law cases.
You excel at communication, both verbally and in writing.
You're a whiz with legal research tools and case management software (like LEAP).
You possess exceptional organizational skills and can manage multiple cases efficiently.
A keen eye for detail and strong analytical thinking are your strengths.
You can work independently and seamlessly collaborate within a team.
You demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with clients facing challenging family situations.
You excel at communication, both verbally and in writing, with fluency in Polish being a major advantage.
