Title: Newbuild Conveyancing Case Handler
Location: Altrincham or Liverpool (Hybrid)
Salary: up to £35K DOE + Quarterly Bonus

Duties:
- Manage caseload of newbuild transactions from inception to completion.
- Communicate with stakeholders across all levels.
- Delegate workload amongst a team of assistants.
- Keep the system up to date.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Experience handling your own caseload of conveyancing files (minimum 2 years).
- Prioritisation.
- Delegation.
- Time keeping.
- Organisation.
- MS Office Suite.
- Case Management System Proficient.
