Marketing & Research Executive – The Role & Key Responsibilities :
Due to expansion, we are now looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Research Assistant to join our friendly team. Reporting to the Head of Research, this a broad role supporting our Talent Acquisition Managers on all aspects of projects including:
- Research of companies and individuals to target for clients including both phone and internet based research to verify information
- Taking calls from clients and candidates who are interested in using our services and providing any required follow up information in a timely manner
- Reaching out to target candidates via phone and email to make them aware of each opportunity and schedule a conversation with one of our Search Consultants
- Personalising proposals and other marketing material ready to be sent out to clients. This includes developing marketing campaigns, utilising both digital and phone based activities
- Using various social media and marketing tools to promote the business and specific opportunities to target markets
- Preparing reports and salary surveys using the data gathered by Talent Acquisition Managers in the course of each assignment
- Keeping our CRMs up to date with relevant information on candidates, contacts and potential future opportunities
Marketing & Research Executive – This role will suit someone who:
-Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day is different
-Has a professional telephone manner and is comfortable dealing with both outbound and inbound phone calls
-Is an effective written communicator with great spelling and grammar, and a high level of attention to detail
-Is naturally curious about the business world and enjoys learning about a variety of industries and sectors
