Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Trafford Park. Our client is a specialist freight logistics company. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join their team.
Working hours are Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:
As Customer Service Execuitve, you will ensure timely and accurate movement off freight and information while providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers within the Road Freight Department.
* Ensure information on invoices is correct
* Weekly completion of KPI reports
* Handling customer calls and queries
* Track and Trace of inbound shipments
* Ensure excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction and retain customers
* Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders
* Maintenance of customer records
* Handle all complaints and escalated cases until customer is satisfied
Profile:
The Ideal candidate will have –
* Exceptional organizational skill and commercial awareness
* Flexibility and adaptability
* At least one year of experience in a Customer Service role
* Proven experience in the use of Logistics & Transport Management systems
* Proficiency in Excel and Word
* A basic understanding of Road Freight Logistics
