Description

Key responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining the company's credit control systems and procedures
Implementing effective recovery strategies for overdue customer accounts
Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
Monitoring customer credit limits and risk
Working closely with the sales and customer service departments to resolve any billing disputes
Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards
Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
Contributing to the ongoing improvement and development of the finance department's processes and systemsProfile

The successful candidate requires:

Previous experience working as a credit controller
The ability to work to strict deadlines
A solid understanding of credit control procedures and best practices
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
