We're looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to work for our Manchester team.
We want to recruit someone with demonstrable background in recruitment and resourcing
proactive and flexible approach.

The Role:
Reporting to the Branch Manager and based in the company's Manchester office, as the Recruitment Consultant you will be primarily accountable for the back of house team of consultants, you will have a background in hospitality / Instrustial management or sales and services.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Working as a team to ensure a quality product is produced for the client and targeted volumes are delivered
- Topping up staff levels
- Managing day to day requirements
- Admin duties
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory legislation and the internal company safety, health and environmental standards
- Dealing with KPI's

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Recruitment Consultant role will have relevant experience of proactive and flexible approach.
You'll also need experience of ability to priorities & work under pressure.
Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of excellent communication skills.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Management skills
- A flexible attitude
- Good knowledge of Microsoft package (word, excel, outlook etc)
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in leading a team

The Package:
Basic salary: TBC (on experience)
