Finegreen have an exciting opportunity with an NHS organisation in the North West who are seeking to appoint a HR Project Manager to deliver a specific project in relation to Induction & Mandatory Training. The role will be mainly remote working, but some on site presence may be required.

Key responsibilities will include:

Delivery of a specific project in relation to Induction & Mandatory Training;

*

Revising Corporate Induction process to include requirement for staff to complete all mandatory classroom and e-learning prior to commencing work;

*

Developing and maintaining project plan and risk register, in preparation for senior management update and review;

*

Reviewing onboarding process with a focus on early access to training;

*

Working with SMEs to ensure capacity and resources available to deliver high quality mandatory classroom training;

*

Ensuring digital access and allocated time in induction program to complete all mandatory e-learning;

*

Ensuring process for updating of training records to inform monitoring compliance;

*

Developing escalation process for new starters;

*

Producing Staff Induction guidance for new starters to support understanding and completion of mandatory training requirements and this is integrated with the onboarding processes;

*

Updating Mandatory Training Policy;

*

Developing communications to support launch of new induction process;

*

Supporting affected teams with the implementation of changes to practice and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

*

CIPD qualification;

*

Experience in managing HR projects at this level within the NHS;

*

Proven experience with HR systems and onboarding
