Position: Principal Electronics Engineer
Location: Deeside
Job Type: Permanent
My client, a global leader in the aerospace industry are on the hunt for a Principal Electronics Engineer.
Role and Responsibilities –
In this role, you will be the most senior electronics engineer within the business and be responsible for all technical aspects for the companies product range in regards to electronics and software. Other responsibilities include:
Provide engineering leadership to the electronics team, championing accountability, quality, cost and schedule
Leadership and oversight of failure investigations, root cause, 8D, A3 methods
Leadership of RFI and RFP activities for electronics and software
Implement appropriate design and development tool set.
Experience or Qualifications –
Degree educated or qualified in relevant sector (Electronics or Software)
Proven extensive experience in design and development of complex software and electronic systems
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ideally experience with electro-mechanical actuation products
Candidates who currently are a Principal Electronics Engineer, Lead Electronics Engineer or Senior Electronics Engineer would be suitable for this position.
