Contracts Manager/Estimator | West Midlands | Full Time - A minimum of 37.5 hours per week

Located in the heart of the West Midlands, Durolas (Contractors) Ltd is a leading Surfacing, Road Marking & Fencing Contractor dedicated to delivering exceptional projects to our clients. With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we take pride in our work and are committed to excellence in everything we do.
As a Contracts Manager/Estimator, you will play a key role in our Surfacing & Groundworks department. From sourcing potential clients to finalising project accounts, you'll be involved in every aspect of project management. Your responsibilities will include site supervision, resource management, cost control, quality assurance, programming, and client communication.
Hours of work
Contracted hours each week are variable between 7.30am and 5.30pm due to the nature and locations of contracts (Monday-Friday).
You will work the hours necessarily to meet the needs of the business. Any overtime i.e., weekends and night work must be agreed with the Managing Director.
Are you the right person for the job?
Strong industry knowledge and relevant experience in a similar position
Ability to manage multiple projects ranging from £5k to £500k
Experience in surfacing, groundworks, thermoplastic road marking, and fencing operations (advantageous)
Valid driving licence is essential for this role
CSCS Supervisor/Manager Card is essential
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
