Location: Liverpool, UK
Schedule: hybrid, includes working on Saturdays
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and web chat platform.
Assist customers with product information and order process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Handling communication on various platforms including social media Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably with Zendesk expertise.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule.Benefits:
