I am currently working with a facilities Management company, looking for a Technical Manager.
Our client enhances the UK's home and business lives through our efficient and innovative solutions.
Our client delivers the design, construction, maintenance of a portfolio of projects in both public and private sectors. Sectors include health, education, commercial mechanical and electrical, decarbonisation, and PV works. It includes project works and undertaking planned, preventative & reactive maintenance.
The Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of M and E designers and sector material experts, providing both pre and post contract support. You will also be responsible for managing technical resources within the Energy Division.
What They Are Looking For:
Experience in Technical Management.
Strong orientation towards quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Technically competent.
Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, ideally a membership to CIBSE.
The salary for this role is £50,000- £60,000 DOE
