Your Role: As the Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager, you'll manage a CAT A fit out project in the heart of Liverpool, ensuring its completed to a high standard and finished on time and within budjet. The ideal cleint will bring:
Proven Site Manager experience, preferably in office fit-out and refurbishment.
Proficiency in Mechanical and Electrical systems, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide on-site teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively.
