Our Public Sector client based in Lancaster are looking for a confident individual to become part of their friendly outgoing team, on a full time - temporary basis. The role is for a total of 37 hours per week, with a rate of pay at £11.44 per hour

The role will include but not be restricted to -
- Setting up court ready for the days proceedings
- General administrative duties including filing, printing and data entry
- Arranging and supporting court hearings
- Navigating court hearings via video link, onsite and also remotely
- Assisting the general public when attending hearings
- Booking in parties for family hearings, liaising with the Judiciary in relation to the hearings, assisting with documents etc.

You will be able to demonstrate good customer service skills and be comfortable when dealing with the general public. The role will require you to be efficient with outlook, excel and conducting and arranging meetings via Teams

Your main base will be Lancaster, accessible by bus train or car and there is also on site car parking. Holiday pay, pension scheme and many more employee benefits are available to you

The start date is as soon as possible, however this does depend on various security checks, You will be required to show as a minimum a valid right to work document along with proof of your current address and national insurance number
