Registered Fostering Manager -Fostering agency with Therapeutic Approach
Salary £55,000 - £67,000 + 1200 car allowance
NonStop Social Care is looking for an experienced social work manager to join an Independent Fostering Agency in the North West.
The fostering agency is one of the leading independent providers in fostering social care and have been providing Good Ofsted rated services since 2010. The team is well established, diverse and people-orientated. The service is run in a therapeutic and supportive manner allowing everyone in the team to achieve highest potential.
Responsibilities
The registered fostering manager will be overseeing the North region. You will be based at Bolton office. The role involves working closely with Assistant Director to manage the fostering service. The registered fostering manager will focus on producing a high performing region, offering operational excellence, financial performance and to effectively deliver the organisational business plan, having the needs of the service users at the core of every decision taken.
Requirements
Please apply if:
- you are a Qualified Social Worker
- you have knowledge and working experience of supervising social worker role or alternatively you worked with children looked after and their carers
- you having managerial and leadership working knowledge, supervising a team of experienced social workers
- Ofsted knowledge
