Providing professional advice and support to staff on HR-related issues.

Handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Supporting the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
Facilitating training and development programs.
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Participating in HR projects and initiatives.
Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
