Primary Teaching Assistants

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a thriving primary school in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in a nurturing and stimulating environment, supporting children with their development.

The Role:

Work collaboratively with the class teacher.
Provide one-to-one and small group support to children in a variety of engaging and interactive learning activities.
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment that caters to different learning styles.
Assist with daily routines and ensure the well-being of the children in your care.
Observe and document children's progress, contributing to effective assessment and planning.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider school community.You Will Be:

A patient, enthusiastic, and creative individual with a genuine passion for early years education.
A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to build rapport with young children and create a fun and stimulating learning environment.
Organised and resourceful, with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
Qualified with a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) and experience in the a primary class setting is desirable.We Offer:
