Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join the team for the local authority based in Bolton. This is a 6 month placement supporting a valued service in the fostering department. This is a very exciting, varied and rewarding position where your skills in administration and minute taking will have a great impact to the team and truly make a difference to the children in need of foster care.

Offering full time hours Monday to Friday working 8:45am to 5:00pm, onsite working with free parking, great salary of £12.66p/h, 6 month temporary placement and the opportunity to join a committed team who are really proud of the service they provide to help young children.

We are seeking applicant who are immediately available, a great team player, have a friendly and can do approach and have minute taking experience as this is a key requirement for the position.

What will you be doing as an Administrator?

Supporting the administrative function of the in house foster carer process
Assisting with the organisation of panel meetings for pre and post fostering families
Collating reports and documentation required to be discussed in the meetings
Attending the meetings and taking comprehensive minutes so accurate and efficient minute taking experience is essential for this post
Assisting the marketing and recruitment team with events and promotions where required
What skills and experience will you need as an Administrator?

Are confidant taking minutes of important meetings and have experience of this is previous roles
You can committed t a 6 month placement with the team and be reliable to fulfil this
Have worked in administration position and have strong organisation skills and attention to detail
