Recruitment Administrator

With proven recruitment experiences you will join a team and play a vital role in the hiring process of excellent employees and contract workers from initial selection to contract preparation and on boarding.

Working with this excellent charity you will be part of something that nurtures it's staff and clients through a life changing journey.

You will help the charity provide a wide variety of groups and social events for adults with additional needs. from sports, yoga and outdoor pursuits, to creative arts, crafts, and photography clubs, there are activities around the Fylde Coast and Wyre area to suit every interest.

Duties

Post job adverts on various platforms, job boards and social media ensuring clear instruction to potential candidates

Screen applications to identify qualifying requirements

Schedule and coordinate interviews with applicants and hiring managers

Maintain database and applicant tracking systems and candidates information and information and feedback from hiring managers

Deal with all pre and post communication throughout recruitment process

Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company

Conduct references and background checks keeping 100% compliance.

Previous experience in a similar role,

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using recruitment software and other relevant tools.

Familiarity with employment law and regulations.

Ideally a Health and Social Background
