Management responsibility for a Team of Hard Services maintenance professionals.
Management of a wide variety of sites covering the North West
Managing the day to day health & safety across the contracts
Supporting and standing in for the customer on FM issues when needed
Working with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure conformance to budget
Working closely with the on site management team and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels
Working to increase the performance of the contract across all areas About you
Experience of managing Hard Services FM contracts
Technically qualified in an electrical or mechanical discipline
Commercially astute
Accustomed to leading multi-site contracts
Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issuesCandidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.
This role is a hybrid role primarily based in Blackburn covering sites across the North West.
You may have experience as one of the following: FM Contract Manager, Senior Contracts Manager, Contracts Manager, Senior Contract Manager, Account Manager, Hard FM Manager
