Business Development Executive OTE £30000 - £45000

Outstanding sales opportunity working for a growing PE backed multi-million pound manufacturer with an internationally recognised award-winning brand. The business has been established for over 20 years, creating both standardised and bespoke products for a wide range of customers and trading in over 170 countries. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales individual who enjoys building relationships and working in a consultative manner as well as winning the business. Your client base will be worldwide so a knowledge and understanding of different cultures would be useful.

Job Purpose

To generate revenue and margin by managing global sales enquiries and leads from our website through to order placement and proactively generating business.

Responsibilities

* You will handle global enquiries at all levels in a timely manner

* You will be expected to respond to incoming enquiries within 24 hours and ensure all details are accurately logged on CRM system (Hub-spot).

* You will produce accurate quotations and presentations, drawing on technical expertise where required

* You will develop and nurture your own client portfolio , prospects and leads

* You will gather, collate, and analyse market and customer information to feedback to the sales and marketing teams in order to help improve sales performance and customer reach

* When required, you will negotiate on price, delivery and specifications in line with company policy, referring to the Head of Sales where appropriate

* You will work to and achieve defined sales KPIs

Experience required

You must have experience in sales and customer service, ideally with experience of selling capital products or engineered solutions, or within waste management

You will ideally have experience within a consultative sales environment understanding the importance of providing accurate quotations in a timely manner

You must have excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
