Warehouse Supervisor
£26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Location: Leyland
Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Leyland location. As a leader in the industry, we're committed to maintaining our growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure top-notch customer service.
* Prepare accurate reports in a timely manner to meet organizational needs.
* Manage and schedule agency and contract drivers, including route planning.
* Provide administrative assistance for warehouse operations.
* Maintain updated records for inventory management.
* Coordinate receiving processes for incoming goods.
* Contribute to ongoing improvement projects to streamline operations.
* Promote and uphold safety protocols in the workplace.
* Cultivate positive relationships with colleagues across various departments.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is required.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is necessary; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
* Excellent relationship-building and time-management abilities.
* Proactive approach with a focus on achieving goals.
