Due to rapid growth and expansion, this successful international manufacturing company requires a Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for their clients.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, duties to include:

· Responding to customer queries about services

· Providing price quotations and explaining product pricing

· Making outbound customer calls in order to sell company products and services in consultative and engaging way.

· Negotiate bulk or package pricing.

· Closing sales in line with targets and KPI’s

· Maintaining customer database accurately and efficiently in a timely manner

· Working and managing leads in timely manner throughout to completion

· Contacting customers in response to correspondence or feedback

· Monitoring booking statuses to ensure quality of service.

· Investigating cancelled, unshipped bookings and resolving customer queries as necessary

· Maintaining a working knowledge of the products and services sold and keeping up to date knowledge on industry developments.

The ideal candidate will have experience of customer service within an office environment, demonstrate a confident and positive attitude to work to, together with excellent communication skills and conversant with excel and word. You will be flexible and have the ability to work well under pressure either within a team or have initiative to work alone.
