Job Description:

* Lead, mentor, and develop the design team to achieve their full potential.

* Define the product development roadmap.
* Provide technical input and support into new product and component development.
* Ensure highest standards of product care and maintenance
* Identify and explore new markets and applications for our technologies.
* Provide technical support during customer interactions and meetings.
Skills & Experience
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Proven experience in mechanical design or related engineering leadership.
* Strong commercial orientation with a track record of project delivery.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
