Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for concrete placement, ensuring proper grading and formwork setup
Pour, spread, and level concrete using various techniques, such as screeding, floating, and troweling
Apply finishing treatments, such as stamping, staining, or sealing, to enhance the appearance and durability of the concrete
Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements:
Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher in a construction environment
Solid understanding of concrete mixing ratios and finishing techniques
Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools associated with concrete work
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
