Start People are recuiting for our client based in Longbenton for experienced Production Operators on a permanent contract with excellent benefits.
The role will involve building circuit boards, soldering, reading assembly drawings, building PCBs, using small hand tools and final assembly and test.
They are looking for people who have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
You will be able to work on the assembly of small components which means you need to have the ability to work with fiddly parts and be happy to do this for a full shift.
Lovely environment, very clean and friendly, radio on, busy and relaxed.
You should have great attention to detail, good eyesight and dexterity and happy to do repetitive work.
Shift pattern will be:
2 weeks on day shift followed by 2 weeks on night shift.
Overtime is available time and a third during the week time and three quarters at the weekend
