Architectural Technologist Job in North Yorkshire, this is an opportunity to join an AJ100 company working on healthcare projects across the UK. They are offering up to £40,000, Hybrid/Flexible working, and 25 days holiday + Bank holidays

My client is a growing company with 4 offices across the northwest and northeast established 40 years ago. They are known for their work in large-scale residential developments and healthcare projects throughout the UK.

Role & Responsibilities

Deliver projects through the preparation and review of drawings, schedules, and specifications, checking for accuracy and compliance with appropriate current standards and client requirements
Liaise with clients to assess their needs
Secure planning permission, obtain tender quotations by orders and company procedures, and undertake contract administration and reporting to clients
Ensure quality measures, H&S guidelines, and other statutory and environmental legislations are adhered to
Make visits to other offices and project sites when required.Required Skills & Experience

3+ years post qualification and must hold relevant degree
Holds a current site CSCS card or is prepared to immediately attain
MCIAT accreditation or are working toward it
Must be proficient in Revit
Have a proven track record of developing and maintaining successful client relationships
Have a proven track record of delivering significant projects to completion
Experience in Healthcare is highly desirable but not essential
Strong technical skills.What you get back
