About the Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading firm in the utilities infrastructure sector.

The Role:
Candidates with a strong commercial background, regardless of sector, are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the Commercial Team in ensuring compliance with company systems, processes, and procedures on Contracts.
Monitoring finances, preparing accurate financial statements, and establishing suitable construction contracts with clients.
Managing subcontractors, including payment applications and final accounts.
Assisting Business Development in producing information for PQQs and Tenders.
Developing the Commercial and Operations Team through training and mentoring.
Experience Required:
Proficiency in NEC3 or 4 Contracts with target cost, fixed price, and/or cost reimbursable mechanisms.
Experience in framework and contract mechanisms.
Experience in Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure within the water industry preferable.
Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Experience in the preparation of interim and final accounts.
Desired Skills:
Clean Driving Licence.
Ability to develop teams through training and mentoring.
Ability to work within a delivery team with multiple drivers.
