Job Title: Art Teacher
Location: Sunderland
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £140 - £200 per day (depending on experience)
TeacherActive are proud to be working with an outstanding secondary school based in Sunderland. The school is currently seeking a qualified Art and Design Teacher.
As an art teacher you must have the ability to deliver a high standard of education to secondary students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4. You will be expected to plan and deliver creative lesson plans to the students that will encourage engagement in their learning. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work within a lovely supportive department.
A successful Qualified Teacher will have:
QTS / ECT
Art and Design specialism
Experience supporting secondary school pupils
Thorough understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
