Provide 2nd line support to end users and act as an escalation point for 1st line Engineers
Support and assist with IT Projects & Migrations for clients
Excellent communication skills and team player
Be decisive and have the passion to problem-solve
Strong Customer service skillsSkills required/Desirable:
2+ years of It Experience within a similar role
Windows management & troubleshooting experience
Networking troubleshooting - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Firewalls (Sophos - Desirable)
Office 365, Active Directory
Windows Server environment experience 2012+
Office 365 Back ups
Microsoft Endpoint
