Customer Care Coordinator

If you've got experience in Customer Care within the construction industry, then we'd love to hear from you. We are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join a well-known house builder.

Based in Peterborough, this role is to communicate effectively with customers and maintenance operatives to arrange solutions to any problems they may have.

An insight to this role:

· Ensuring communications with customers regarding defects are dealt with in a professional and timely manner, adhering to correct company guidelines.
· Work closely with other departments across the company to ensure communication is optimal and the company achieves its KPIs.
· Issuing works orders to maintenance operatives and sub-contractors and monitoring progress through to completion.

We are looking for someone who has:

* Previous Customer Care experience within a fast paced and busy environment.
* Experience within the housing or construction industry is desired but not essential.
* IT skills, with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Knowledge of COINS is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

This is an office-based position.

£27,000 salary, plus a company bonus, 25 days holiday, private healthcare, and other benefits.
