We are seeking a PA to Registered Manager in our Eaglewood centre in Peterborough. This is a permanent and Full-time position based in our Peterborough Centre. This role is to support and assist the Registered Manager with administration support, following all PJ Care Ltd Policies and Procedures and PA to the Registered Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
* In liaison with the Registered Manager, ensure the correct administration and recording of all shift rotas, and attendance to ensure accurate payroll processing.
* To administer Purchase Order system for medical supplies, staff training and agency staff etc, ensuring PJ Care Ltd Policies and Procedures are followed at all times.
* Responsible for all petty cash transactions and petty cash spreadsheets for the Unit, including monthly auditing.
* Deal with all enquiries in such a way as to promote the goodwill of PJ Care Ltd, including referrals and enquiries.
* To take and produce minutes for Local Governance, morning meetings, Nurses meetings, Disciplinary meetings and other ad hoc meetings as required.
* Supporting the Registered Manager ensuring the smooth recording and administration of all office diaries, appointments and redirection of email.
* To undertake any reasonable duties as and when requested by your Line Manager.
* Line Manager for Receptionists and delegate to this position as appropriate.
Must have two years PA experience as a minimum.
The weekly working hours required are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm with possible weekend work.
